In this drawing i think one of the components of this drawing that i did well on were the proportions of the vase. i spent a good amount of time trying to make it look very balanced, i'm not very good at drawing vases but i feel like i did a pretty good job on this one. SOmething else i think i did well was the use of my thick, thin, dark, and light lines. I think they maybe could have been a little more prominent but they were definitely present. ONe thing i think i could have done better was the use of my value scale. I ran out of time and wasnt able to get fully into using the extremes of my light and dark ranges so the drawing has an overall lack of depth to me. Another thing i feel i could have done better on was my composition. i forgot that i would have to draw the flower and because of that i made the vase too high on the paper and by the time i realized that it was too late to fix it. Overall i am not very happy with this drawing.
